In-Voice Pro

Exclusively available from QuestNet™, the In-Voice Pro is a programme that has been designed to marry with two of the most popular Nokia Eseries mobile phones to make your calls as convenient and fast as possible. The In-Voice Pro programme allows all the In-Voice services to be available immediately on your Nokia E51, meaning you have access to the services easily and readily, available anytime. No need to memorise telephone, account and pin numbers. In-Voice Pro does the dialling for you, so just sit back and wait for the other party to answer your call.

The In-Voice Pro Programme brings the following In-Voice services to your mobile phone:

• Callback services (Trigger Callback, SMS Callback, Web Callback)
• Local Access
• VoIP services (for your mobile phone)
• FREE OnNet calls within In-Voice network

In-Voice Callback

The In-Voice Callback services allow you to make phone calls cheaply and easily, with a variety of ways to connect. The main benefits are amazing cost savings and convenience.

Trigger Callback, SMS Callback, and Web Callback are available within the In-Voice packages offered in your eStore. There are three ways you can use the Callback services. If you have a phone that can dial internationally (Trigger SMS), or can send an international SMS (SMS Callback), or if you have access to the Internet (Web Callback), then you can use at least one of the three In-Voice Callback Services.

What if you can’t dial or call internationally and you don’t have access to the Internet? No problem. That’s where Local Access comes in.

Local Access

If you can’t use any of the In-Voice Callback features, In-Voice Local Access is your choice. It is as easy as dialling a specific phone number from any phone – even a pay phone. Dial your Local Access number, enter your In-Voice account number, your PIN, your destination number… and talk! In-Voice Local Access helps you to connect quickly and cheaply with any phone.

In-Voice Softphone

An In-Voice Softphone is a technologically advanced virtual phone application that turns your computer into a fully functional phone. Via the In-Voice Softphone on your computer, you can make and receive calls from any landline or mobile number at Internet call rates.
